Shipping & Return goods Policy:
1.We will ship your item with USPS,or DHL then transit to USPS, FedEx then transit to USPS, package usually takes 3-10 business day(except holiday)
2.All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your Order ID
3.We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from Ordered. OR, you may choose to have a replacement. We will return your money if you cancel the ordered.
4.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost

After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number form the courier company (this will be based on your email preferences). Depending on the chosen courier, there may sometimes be a delay of one working day between dispatching your order from our California warehouse or shipp form China factory and obtaining the shipping tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not send out your order yet.
